Check this out - my baking buddy Matthew has undertaken the most amazing baking project.... he baked his way through the entire Bread Bible (Rose Levy Beranbaum). I was just telling a new blogging friend today how I hadn't been able to get into bread baking as much as I would have liked.... and then another baking friend sent me an email and told me to check out Matthew's post on the blog Real Baking with Rose (that's where I used to do all my blogging before I started my own blog). Anyway, I've known what a talented baker Matthew has been for years, but this amazing feat has completely blown me away.
